M-Mode SMS Contest

Terms and Conditions

- This contest is open to all Malaysians. Employees and immediate family of M-Mode Berhad are not eligible to participate in this contest, therefore are not entitled to any prizes.

- This contest starts on 22nd May 2007 till 25th May 2007 12pm. Only SMS received during the contest period will be accepted as entries for the contest.

- All SMS has to be sent to the short code number advertised (39979) and is dependant on the mobile operators. Proof of sending in messages is not proof of contest entry.

- Every SMS that is received is charged RM0.50, on top of your current operator charges of SMS sent. This contest is open to all mobile operators 012, 013, 014, 016, 017 & 019.

- Winner will be based on who answer all question in correctly and the most faster speed .

- This contest will be held for a certain period only. We will not be held liable if is out of the coverage area during this contest.

- We will also not be held responsible and will not be liable if any SMS messages cannot be delivered as a result of issues arising from out of coverage areas or traffic congestions.

- All winners will be notified via SMS.

- The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete or illegible.
